This policy explains when you can get a refund for payments made on www.makeainow.com, operated by Make AI Now.
1. Subscriptions (monthly and yearly)
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, if you have used less than 10% of that plan's credits.
No refund is given:
- after 7 days from the payment date;
- if 10% or more of the plan's credits have been used;
- for renewal payments, if you forgot to cancel before the renewal date (you can cancel to stop the next renewal);
- for accounts suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions.
2. Add-on packs
Add-on packs (extra images, videos or words) are one-time purchases. They are refundable within 7 days only if none of the pack's credits have been used.
3. Free plan
The Free plan is free, so no refund applies.
4. How to cancel
Go to your Dashboard, open your subscription and click Cancel. Your plan will not renew after cancellation. After cancelling, plan features and credits will be removed.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@makeainow.com with your registered email address, plan name and payment date. We will reply within 3 working days.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal) within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Payment gateway fees may not be refundable.
