These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.makeainow.com, operated by Make AI Now. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Make AI Now.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
  • One person should not create multiple free accounts to get extra free credits. We may suspend such accounts.

2. Plans and credits

  • Make AI Now offers a Free plan and paid plans (Basic, Pro and Premium), billed monthly or yearly, plus one-time add-on packs.
  • Each plan includes credits for words, images, videos, voice and other tools, as shown on the pricing page.
  • Free plan daily credits reset every day and do not carry over.
  • Paid plan credits reset when your plan renews. Daily bonus credits on paid plans are added to your balance and also reset on renewal.
  • Add-on pack credits are one-time and are added to your balance.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
  • We may change plans, prices, credits or features in the future. Changes to paid plans will apply from your next billing cycle.

3. Payments and taxes

  • Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).
  • Customers in India pay through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). The INR amount is converted from USD and includes 18% GST.
  • Customers outside India pay through PayPal or card in USD.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation, no further payments will be taken. To switch to a different plan, cancel your current plan first and then choose the new plan. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Make AI Now to create or share content that:

  • is illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive or harassing;
  • is sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of real people without consent;
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks or other rights of others;
  • is spam, malware, phishing or fraud;
  • pretends to be another person or organisation in a misleading way.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

6. AI-generated content

  • AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content created for other users. Please review results before using them.
  • Subject to these Terms and the policies of our AI providers, you may use the content you generate, including for commercial purposes on paid plans.
  • You are responsible for how you use the generated content.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Make AI Now available, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features depend on third-party AI providers and may change or stop.

8. Limitation of liability

Make AI Now is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability will not be more than the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of India.
